Showing up and doing the work
I’m Jeff Pebley, an apprentice at Local Service Spotlight. I joined in October 2025 with nothing but a school-issued Chromebook and no phone.
I showed up, did the work, and asked for help when I needed it. That’s how I earned a company iPhone and MacBook — not as gifts, but as tools I’m trusted with to learn and produce.
My job is the most basic job in the Content Factory: turning long-form video into articles a business owner can put their name on. Every article I publish helps a local entrepreneur get found and get the phone ringing.
